This pet cremation Keepsake heart with pet's ashes will help keep them close to your heart forever.
If you are visiting I am sorry for your loss and would be honored to create this precious Keepsake.
The heart is approximately 4in wide by 3.5in tall and 1/4 inch thick. Features name, dates, and pawprint with your pet's ashes inside cured in resin.
Up to1 teaspoon of ashes is required for creation.
Once you place your order, I will contact you with address to send ashes to. Seal securely in bag (double bagging is recommended) and place in secure mailer then bring to post office for shipping method of your choice.
Please ensure your name and pets name are included with it.
Once I receive them I will let you know and the finished product will be shipped back to you in 3-5 days.
1. Place ashes in securely sealed bag making sure they are flattened.
2. Place in envelope with necessary postage or bring to post office for your shipping method of choice.
3. I will let you know when ashes are received then send you a preview of product when fully cured/completed. (Typically 3-5days from receiving ashes).

How do I personalize my item?
Please enter name/dates, quote, background color, font, etc. or whatever customization details that apply to your item in the personalization box located near the "add to cart" button.
How do I know if I did it correctly?
Please ensure the accuracy of your information when viewing your item(s) in cart at checkout. If there are any questions or concerns--or if you forgot any details we may reach out to you via the email provided.
How do the items stay in place in the shadowbox?
Items are held in place differently depending on shadow box style. 8x8 and 8x10 sizes have the narrowest depth, and a size small or larger collar will stay in place on it's own when you close the shadowbox. The 9x9 box features pins to attach your items to the fabric backing, and XL shadowboxes have a hook for hanging a collar.
How do I know if my items will fit inside the shadowbox?
It is best to read the measurements in the item description and measure your items to ensure they will fit in the dimensions provided. The space allowed for paw prints fits most average sized impressions and is suitable for paw prints up to about 4.5 in diameter. If you have a larger paw print, no problem! Include the measurements in your personalization instructions and we will make any necessary adjustments so it fits perfectly in your shadowbox.
