How do I know if I did it correctly?
Please ensure the accuracy of your information when viewing your item(s) in cart at checkout. If there are any questions or concerns--or if you forgot any details we may reach out to you via the email provided.
How do the items stay in place in the shadowbox?
Items are held in place differently depending on shadow box style. 8x8 and 8x10 sizes have the narrowest depth, and a size small or larger collar will stay in place on it's own when you close the shadowbox. The 9x9 box features pins to attach your items to the fabric backing, and XL shadowboxes have a hook for hanging a collar.
How do I know if my items will fit inside the shadowbox?
It is best to read the measurements in the item description and measure your items to ensure they will fit in the dimensions provided. The space allowed for paw prints fits most average sized impressions and is suitable for paw prints up to about 4.5 in diameter. If you have a larger paw print, no problem! Include the measurements in your personalization instructions and we will make any necessary adjustments so it fits perfectly in your shadowbox.
